At Waxwork Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our deluxe soundtracks and vinyl. If your item is damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return authorization.

  Document Damage

  If your item arrived damaged, please include clear photographs of the product and the original packaging to help us process your claim.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original mailer and use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
